StFA and the Community Council Executive recently offered two different information sessions for parents and carers. The first was run by ySafe, Australia’s leading cyber safety educators, and provided a fascinating insight into the current digital environment facing our children.
The second was presented by The Resilience Project, and was titles ‘Building resilience at home’. It provided practical tips about how to practice gratitude, empathy, and mindfulness, and explained about how our children are engaging with TRP at school.
The Community Council Executive would really love parent feedback, and we have designed a short survey to help with how we deliver these types of sessions int he future. The survey is not just for people who attended the event, it is for everyone, and can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/L75HSW8 A paper copy of the survey will be sent home with chidlren on Monday if you would prefer a hard copy. Please just return the filled in survey to the school with your child once completed.
